Our dedicated team will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly check the reference of the size chart(s) on the lower part of this page.
EASYOWN practice the ALL FINAL SALE, we don't do REFUND!
However, we accept RETURN PRODUCTS / ITEMS.
14 DAYS RETURN WARRANTY
Customers can contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, a wrong size or a wrong product, please contact us immediately.
For returns, the shipping fee is at the customer's own expense.
ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT WARRANTY
All returns must first be approved by our customer service team; if approved, you will be provided with a return warranty form. Returned items without a return warranty form will not be accepted.
All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.
