1. What is ALL FINAL SALE?
ALL FINAL SALE means no returns or exchanges. We are unable to accept items that are purchased under our ALL FINAL SALE policy back for return or exchange.
2. Is refund available?
Refund is available for those products or goods that are damaged and in a faulty condition such as defective, wrong item delivered, missing items/parts, sign of usage or product expired.
2. How soon will I get my refund and how long will it take to get reimbursement?
Reimbursement or Refund process begins after we have completed the quality evaluation of your returned product. The process starts as soon as the item is received at the warehouse. It is usually done in 48 hours but can be extended. An email will be sent to in case the process requires more time.
3. What are the reimbursement options available?
- If it is Damaged, Defective, Wrong Item Delivered, Missing Items/Parts, Does Not Fit, Sign of Usage, Product Expired. Your Reimbursement Options would be Voucher, Refund or Replacement.
- For items from Overseas - Refund, Reversal, Voucher
- If it is Not as Advertised or Item is not authentic - Voucher or Refund
