1. How soon you can process my return request?
We will provide you feedback within 3 days. Make sure to attach photos and provide comments or details of the item(s) you received so we can immediately review your return item. You can also directly engage with us thru the "Chat Box" button located at the lower right of the website.
2. What should I do if my return is rejected?
Please be reminded that you pack your items properly. You should have an appropriate return reason. Return within 14 days of warranty and make sure that you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

3. Why did your return partner reject my order?
Our return partner may have rejected your order for the following reasons: Improper packing of the item Return Label or Return Number and Order number not attached Online Returns Form was not accomplished If you have difficulties returning your order, please conduct our Customer Service team and we will be more than happy to assist you.
4. Do I need to return the accessories and freebies?
Yes, you have to return the product as well as the freebies and all the accessories contained in the original package. Note: Prior to returning electronic gadgets (i.e. cellphone, smartphone, tablet, laptop, computer) please delete/remove all your personal information which includes username and passwords. Non-compliance may result in your return being rejected.
5. I received a wrong item, what should I do?
Check the validity of return. You may return your item to us within 7 or 14 calendar days, depending on the item you purchased. Countdown of coverage starts from the date you received the item. The returns policy applicable for each item can be found on the lower part of the website. If your return meets all the requirements, a return can be initiated via the LIVE CHAT. You will receive a separate email once you have submitted the form, please reply immediately and answer all the questions.
6. I received a damaged / defective item, what should I do?

7. For which reason can I return an item?
- Damaged Item - If the item you received is with visible damage such as broken pieces, torn packaging, etc.
- Defective Item - If the item you received does not work properly.
- Item is Not as Advertised - If the item you received does not match the website description - color, image, style, specs, etc.
- Missing Accessories / Freebies - If the item you received has missing part/s, accessories or freebies as advertised on the product page.
- Wrong Size - Only applicable for footwear and apparel. Not applicable to items shipped from abroad. If the size of the item you received is not the same as what you ordered.
