1. Can I track my parcel on the logistics partner's website?
Yes, tracking information and data from our third-party courier will be available after 24-48 business hours once your order has been shipped out.
2. I can't track my order on the courier tracking page. How do I track my order?
Tracking information and data from our third-party couriers will be available after 24-48 business hours when your order has been shipped out. You can also check your email for our updated time to time notification with regards to your order. If after 2 business days you still have a problem with your tracking number, please reach out to us at info.easyown@gmail.com or thru our live chat.
3. Where can I check my shipping fee when placing an order?
You can check your shipping fee during on checkout process in the order summary box.
4. How can I know the exact date and time of my delivery?
We cannot give the particular date and time of your order’s delivery because it can depend upon the planned schedule and route of the courier.
5. Is there any domestic area which Lazada cannot deliver to?
Easyown can deliver to all serviceable areas. However, there are still some geographical restrictions. If our couriers don't seem to be able to deliver to your location, we are going to inform you through a call right after you place your order.
6. Can I pick up my order at the Easyown office?
Easyown presently does not offer this feature. We tend to deliver your orders right at the doorstep of your home address or even at your work place address.
7. What happens after the delivery time has passed?
You can contact our Customer Support at info.easyown@gmail.com to follow-up on the order made. We will track your order and make sure it will get delivered at the earliest possible time. For a faster response, you can message us through our LIVE CHAT service. We're open 24 hours, 7 days a week.
8. Can I receive a call or email before delivery?
You will receive a text and email notification once your order is out for shipping and our rider will communicate with you via call or SMS upon arrival at your address.
9. Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?
Yes, your orders are also delivered on the weekends or in a holiday. You'll receive an email notification once your order is in transit. When choosing your shipping address, please consider your schedule on the future holidays to make sure that you are available upon the delivery.
10. What if I am not at home when the package arrives?
You can provide your representative with an authorization letter together with a copy of your valid ID to claim your order on your behalf. Your authorized person should also present a valid ID upon delivery for proof of their identity.
11. I just received an email saying that my item has been shipped. When will I receive my order?
Once shipped, your package will be out for delivery within the next 24 hours, subject to the provision of the appointed courier. You should receive your order within the calculable delivery time provided on the e-mail notification you received once your item has been shipped.
12. Can Lazada deliver my order to my office?
Easyown can deliver your order following the address you provided throughout checkout, whether it's your house or workplace address.
REMINDER: once choosing your shipping address, think about your schedule on weekends and future holidays to confirm that you are available upon the arriving of the order. Please keep in mind that once you have placed and confirmed your order, the shipping address provided in this order will not be changed.
13. Can I purchase multiple items and have them delivered to different shipping addresses?
We currently do not offer to deliver different items to different addresses for the same order. Should you want to have your items delivered to different addresses, we would recommend placing different orders (items to be delivered to the same shipping address should be put together in 1 order).
14. Why did I receive my order in separate deliveries?
We ship each of your items as soon as they are made available. Orders with items purchased from different sellers will arrive in separate deliveries.
15. When will I receive my item?
After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email and SMS. After successful verification (time frame: within 24 - 48 hours after the ordered date), you can expect to receive your order.
Note: For orders of high capacity powered items and items with liquid content. Please expect an additional 15 days on top of the expected delivery date.
16. I ordered multiple items, but I only received 1, where are my other items?
If you only received one item among the multiple items that you ordered, your other items are still being fulfilled. When you order multiple items from different sellers under a single order number, your items may be sent in separate shipments. Each item in your order is shipped as soon as it is packed and prepared by the seller. To know if your items will be shipped together or separately, check the estimated delivery time frame provided in your ‘Order Being Processed’ notification.
